By accessing our website or entering into a service agreement with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

Skyvue Labs provides custom software development, mobile application development, web platform development, AI consulting, and custom AI development services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate Statement of Work or service agreement executed between the parties.

2. Use of the Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the website in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
  • Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its related systems.
  • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the website.

3. Intellectual Property

Work product delivered to clients under a signed service agreement is governed by the intellectual property provisions of that agreement. In the absence of a written agreement to the contrary, all custom work product becomes the property of the client upon receipt of full payment.

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other party in connection with a service engagement, and to use such information solely for the purposes of the engagement. This obligation does not apply to information that is or becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party, or that is required to be disclosed by law.

THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKYVUE LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, please stop using the website.
